Our Food Philosophy

We believe food should nourish the body and be served in the spirit of community. Students contribute to the friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the dining room by setting tables, serving one another, and helping with clean up. Our professional Chef Kelli is passionate about providing real food for growing bodies, and focuses on nutrition, presentation, and the delicious-ness factor, all while accommodating typical food allergies. We serve vegetarian, gluten- and dairy-free alternatives daily.

We partner with Farmers to You, Stillman Quality Meats, Red’s Best, Siena Farms, and Valicenti Pasta Farms to bring organic and locally-sourced foods to our daily lunch program. Lunch is included in tuition.
