I enrolled my son in a Montessori preschool 25 years ago. As I witnessed the remarkable opportunities for children, I was certain I would become a part of the Montessori teaching community. I hold Montessori certification for the infant/toddler and pre-primary ages and have been teaching Montessori for more than 20 years across a spectrum of ages and settings.
I am the proud Mom of three Montessori trained terrifically independent children. They are my greatest treasures (and good friends)! I am a self-proclaimed soccer fanatic. I play as much as possible and hold season tickets for the New England Revolution. I love to travel with my husband, my most recent favorites being Portugal, Costa Rica and the Grand Canyon. I spend significant time in Tokyo, Japan. I often visit Montessori schools while on vacation or abroad.
