Title: Afternoon Lead TeacherClassroom: Preprimary (ages 3 - 6)
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Biology from Worcester State College. I began my career in Occupational Health & Safety Consulting, furthering my science background. However, I soon found that my long-standing pastime of working with children was a first love. I decided to change careers to enter the teaching field. A large part of what I love about the sciences is the emphasis placed on observation and analysis. In Montessori, I have found this same approach applied to the teaching of children. I am now EEC teacher certified and I truly enjoy my work.
I am an avid athlete, enjoying both soccer, basketball, lacrosse and swimming. Sports have kept me centered, playing on competitive teams throughout college. I recently moved to Boston and am excited to get to know all that the City has to offer.
